1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at statlers.com ("Site") or visiting Statler's Fun Center ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Party Reservations & Booking Policy
Pending Requests: Submitting a party request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. Party slots are marked as "Pending" until confirmed by a Statler's Fun Center staff member via telephone.
Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed after you receive a verbal or written confirmation from our staff. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Payment: Payment is collected by phone or in person. We do not accept or store credit card information through our website.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your reserved date for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit a deposit. Please call us to cancel.
Minimum Notice: Party requests require at least 48 hours advance notice. Same-day requests cannot be accommodated online — please call us directly.
Capacity: Party room capacities are strictly enforced for safety. Exceeding the agreed guest count may result in additional charges or denial of entry for additional guests.
3. Safety Rules & Conduct
All guests must follow the posted rules for each attraction. Failure to comply may result in removal from the attraction or premises without refund. Statler's Fun Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for conduct that endangers safety or disrupts other guests.
Height/Age Requirements: Certain attractions have minimum height or age requirements for safety. These are strictly enforced. Refunds will not be issued for guests who do not meet requirements.
Supervision: Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct of minors in their care.
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for birthday cakes or cupcakes for confirmed party bookings with prior approval.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Participation in certain activities at Statler's Fun Center (including but not limited to go-karts, batting cages, and mini golf) involves inherent risk. By entering the premises and participating in activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities, including risk of injury. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Statler's Fun Center, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation.
5. Pricing & Changes
All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Statler's Fun Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices displayed on the website are for general reference and may not reflect current pricing. Please call us for the most up-to-date pricing information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Statler's Fun Center and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
